Megan helped us so much as we sold our existing home in West Ashley, and navigated us through the buying process to find us a more spacious, family friendly home in Grand Oaks! Megan gave us great advice for getting our home ready to sell and listing it competitively. Our house hit the market on a Friday afternoon, and by Saturday evening she had already held an Open House and had multiple offers. We accepted an offer above our asking price on Sunday! As a buyer, she was very patient with us as we toured multiple homes and helped us understand all the pros/cons of different neighborhoods and locations. We never felt pressured, rushed, or like we were asking too many questions. She was able to negotiate the purchase of our new house and even with o another offer, we were still able to stay under asking price. As a first time buyer, and someone relocating from across the country, I can't imagine navigating such an enormous life change without someone like Megan. She is incredibly responsive and smart, which absolutely helps with feeling comfortable and confident. I also had a great experience with the lender and inspector she recommended.
